North East and Cumbria Primary Care and Prison Healthcare Communication Survey

As part of some on-going work between NECS MO and NHSE, we are keen to explore briefly issues that some practices may be having generally with former prisoners, and medication requests, particularly pregabalin, gabapentin, mirtazapine and quetiapine.

NHSE is also keen to understand, issues related to communication between prison healthcare and primary care.
