The NECS Medicines Optimisation Care Home & Social Care Support Team have produced a series of COVID-19 Special Bulletins to help Care Staff respond and adjust to the challenges and changes arising from the COVID-19 pandemic.
The third Special Bulletin Includes:
- Communication covering effective handover and delegating medicine related tasks
- Digital technology, new helpline providing digital support to social care providers and ‘Axe the Fax’
