North Cumbria Care Bundles
The NECS Medicines Optimisation team for North Cumbria developed a suite of Care Bundles intended to be used in general practice to identify where care is in line with best practice and where improvements are needed. These were supported by a set of templates based on the Plan, Do, Study, Act (PDSA) quality improvement methodology. All of these documents have now been archived. The archived Care Bundles and PDSA resources listed below are available on request from the NENC ICB Medicines Optimisation team for North Cumbria.
