Diamorphine 5mg injection – shortage memo

The DHSC Supply Team have notified the NHS that manufacturers will not be able to supply diamorphine 5mg injection in the the UK from w/c 27/05/19 until early August. The NHS Specialist Pharmacy Service have published a memo with advice on alternatives.
