Non-urgent advice: NENC ICB Medicines Governance
The NENC Integrated Care System has fully integrated medicines governance arrangements overseen by the ICB Clinical Effectiveness Committee (CEG) with support from the Northern Treatment Advisory Group (NTAG) and its subgroups.
ICB approved guidelines and agreements are published on the NTAG website at https://ntag.nhs.uk/ .
Until guidance can be reviewed by the CEG and its sub-groups, all guidance and agreements previously approved by the predecessor three Area Prescribing Committees (APCs) of County Durham & Tees Valley; North of Tyne, Gateshead & North Cumbria; and South Tyneside & Sunderland remain valid whilst within their review date. Clinicians referring to this guidance after any expiry date should exercise caution.
