NHS North of England Care Systems Support (NECS) have developed a prescribing data elearning programme in conjunction with the Academic Health Science Network (AHSN) for the North East and North Cumbria.
The elearning is accessible free of charge to all pharmacists, technicians, GPs and other healthcare professionals through the NECS learning site. A short video previewing the course is available here.
To access the elearning create an account on the NECS learning site. If you work in a GP practice or PCN please select the name of the place (previous CCG name) your practice or PCN is part of.
Once registered and logged in, click on this link to access the elearning and click ‘Take this Course’.
When you have clicked the Take this Course button the page will refresh and show Start Course. Click on Start Course to start.
