Updated PGDs: Boostrix-IPV/ Repevax, Pneumococcal Vaccines, Hib/MenC Vaccine

The current Patient Group Directions for Boostrix-IPV, Pneumococcal (PPV and PCV) and Hib/MenC have been updated.
- Boostrix-IPV/ Repevax (Combined Diphtheria, Tetanus, Acellular Pertussis and Inactivated Poliomyelitis Vaccine)
- Pneumococcal Vaccines (Prevenar 13 and Pneumococcal Polysaccharide Vaccine)
- Hib/ MenC Vaccine (Combined Haemophilus Influenza Type B + Meningococcal Group C Conjugate Vaccine – Mentorix)
The new PGDs have been jointly developed and authorised by NECS and NHS England for use by practices and services within the Durham, Darlington, Tees, Cumbria, Northumberland and Tyne & Wear areas. These new PGDs reflect the most up to date recommendations and have been produced to support the national immunisation programme and replace all previous versions.
